Possible Solutions

Incubate the reconstituted standards
for for the recommended time
period. Always be consistent with the
incubation time and temperature.

Diluted samples should be prepared

Troubleshooting Guide

This troubleshooting guide addresses problems that may be encountered
with Bio-Plex Pro

RBM assays. If you experience any of the problems

listed below, review the possible causes and solutions provided. Poor
assay performance may also be due to the Bio-Plex

®

suspension array

reader. To eliminate this possibility, use the validation kit to validate all the
key functions of the array reader and to assist in determining whether or
not the array reader is functioning properly.
