Preparation
1. Add 200 µl solvent to vial
(there should be undissolved
CHCA in the bottom of the
tube)
2. Mix
3. Centrifuge
4. Draw off supernatant and
dilute with equal part solvent
1. Add 400 µl solvent to vial
2. Mix
3. Centrifuge
1. Add 200 µl solvent to vial
(there should be undissolved
EAM-1 in the bottom of the
tube)
2. Mix
3. Centrifuge
4. Draw off supernatant and
dilute with 2x volume of
solvent
