System Security Screen Options

The following options are applicable to the System Security screen.

Installation Notes

If you have installed the Windows Server 2008 (32-bit) operating system
using the Dell™ Systems Build and Update Utility, you must manually install
the driver Intel_3200-Chipset-Software-_A03_R187973.exe (version A03
or later). You can download this driver through the update utility or from
support.dell.com.

Table 1. System Security Screen Options

Option

Description

After Power Failure
(Last default)

Determines how the system reacts when
power is restored to the system. If system
is set to Last, the system returns to the
last power state. On turns on the system
after power is restored. When set to Off,
the system remains off after power is
restored.

Chassis Intrusion Reporting
(Enabled default)

Allows you to set the chassis intrusion
reporting feature. For more information
on the chassis intrusion reporting feature,
see "Chassis Intrusion Reporting".
