14-B. Attach Fryer Grease Pan using four hooks located below the Fryer Burner.
Ц Ц NOTE: To attach the Fryer Grease Pan, raise the Pan slightly above the
hooks and drop into place. Do not bend the hooks while inserting or
removing the Fryer Grease Pan.
