Removing the Display Hinges
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2.
Remove the
battery
.
3.
Remove the
keyboard
.
4.
Remove the
access panel
.
5.
Remove the
display assembly
.
6.
Remove the
display bezel
.
7.
Remove the
display panel
.
8.
Loosen the display-cable captive screw and remove the screws that secures the display hinge to the display assembly.
9.
Lift the display hinges and remove it from the display assembly.
