The carbon brushes may require

maintenance when the motor perfor-

mance of the tool decreases or stops

working completely. To maintain the

brushes:

Remove the Screws (45) and Brush

Caps (46 and 53) from the sides of

the motor housing.

b. Disconnect the Carbon Brush Leads.
