Removing the Power-Button Assembly
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2.
Remove the
Cover
.
3.
Remove the
Front Panel
.
4.
Disconnect the power-button cable from the system board.
5.
Press down on the clips that secure the hard-drive activity light and power-button assembly to the front panel.
6.
Pull the hard-drive activity light and power-button assembly away from the computer.
