has
no
support
for
SP
bit.
Set
to

TSD:
Target
shall
determine
save
method,
set
to
0.
ETC:
No
threshold
comparison,

TMC:

threshold
supported,
set
to

LP:
The
List
Parameter
field
is
set
to
zero
for
