Follow the procedures in
Before You Begin

Align the USB and audio connectors on the USB/audio board with the slots on the computer base.
3.
Press the USB/audio board to connect it to the system board connector.
4.
Replace the two screws that secure the USB/audio board to the computer base.
5.
Replace the palm rest (see
Replacing the Palm Rest
).
6.
Replace the keyboard (see
Replacing the Keyboard
).
7.
Turn the computer over and connect the speaker cable and the SIM board cable to the connectors on the USB/audio board.
8.
Replace the Mini-Card(s) (see
Replacing the Mini-Card(s)
).
9.
Replace the battery (see
Replacing the Battery
).
