• Check that the correct recording device is chosen in
Windows.
For Windows XP only:

Right-click on the Volume icon in the Windows taskbar.
2 Choose Adjust Audio Properties.
3 Click on the Audio tab
4 Change the Sound playback Default device to
Bluetooth Audio and the Sound recording Default
device to Bluetooth Audio.
5 Click OK.
For Windows Vista only:
1
Right-click on the Volume icon in the Windows taskbar.
2 Choose Recording Devices.
3 Right-click on Headset Microphone
4 Choose Set as Default Device.
5 Click OK.
Headset does not appear to be paired
Pairing might have been accidentally deleted.
