After Working on Your Computer
After you complete any replacement procedures, ensure you connect any external devices, cards, cables, etc. before turning on your computer.
1.
Replace the computer cover (see
Replacing the Computer Cover
).
2.
Replace the computer stand (see
Replacing the Computer Stand
).
3.
Connect a network cable to your computer, if necessary.
4.
Connect your computer and all attached devices to their electrical outlets.
5.
Turn on your computer.

To connect a network cable, first plug the cable into the network device and then plug it into the computer
