Dell Servers that Support Wake-on-LAN
The following are the Dell servers that support wake‐on‐LAN, and to what
extent:
• WOL is only supported on the LOM(s) (LAN on motherboard or integrated
[embedded] NIC)

Broadcom NICs may cause the system to not boot if
WOL is enabled for them in a slot in this system due to
the larger amount of current drawn by them when in a
