Slide the WWAN card out of its connector.

 

Replacing a WWAN Card

 

1.

Slide the WWAN card into the connector at a 30-degree angle.

 

2.

Press the card down onto the alignment post and hold in position.

 

3.

Replace the M2 x 3-mm screw to secure the card.

 

4.

Connect the white antenna cable to the connector labeled "main" (white triangle), and connect the black antenna cable to the connector labeled
"aux" (black triangle).

 

5.

Replace the WLAN/WWAN cover.

NOTICE:

The connectors are keyed to ensure correct insertion. If you feel resistance, check the connectors on the card and on the system board, and

realign the card.

NOTICE:

To avoid damage to the WWAN card, ensure the cables are not under the card when you click the card into place.

NOTICE:

Install the WWAN card into the compartment shown in the above photograph. Do not install it in any other location.
