Troubleshooting
Confirm that device is turned on. 
No display unit or button function
Turn off and disconnect the device from power 
source to clear potential electrostatic discharge. Wait
a few minutes, then plug in and turn on the device
again.
Intermittent crackling sound during FM reception
Extend and position the FM aerial for optimal reception. 
iPod does not dock properly
Confirm that the appropriate iPod adapter is in place 
in the docking station.
Confirm that iPod is properly installed in the docking

station.
Check for obstruction on device dock and iPod dock

connector.
iPod does not respond/iPod is playing but no
sound comes out
Confirm that iPod is properly installed in the docking 
station.
Confirm that volume is adjusted.

Check that iPod functions are working properly. You 
may need to reset your iPod.
