OID HASHING ON SOURCE ADDRESES
The following OID allows the enabling and disabling of DEC hashing,
which may be necessary or desired in DECnet and mixed IEEE 802.3/
DECnet environments.

Description: This enables and disables DECnet hashing on source
addresses which is useful in DECnet environments.
