To take panoramic shots, place the lens
in normal position, shift scale facing
upward, and operate the milled shift
knob to shift the lens as far to the left as
possible. Compose, focus, and shoot. With
out moving the camera, wind the film
advance lever to advance the film one
frame, and rotate the lens mount through
180° so that the shift scale faces straight
down. Now make the second exposure.
