Ground Contact
An RF ground stud is provided on the front panel and back panel for
bonding to the ground plane.
Ground contact can be made through the receptacle marked GND or through the
brass stud on the back panel.
If a ground contact to the Equipment Under Test (EUT) is made to the power
supply ground, it may be made through the GND receptacle or the ground stud
on the front panel. No ratio isolation is provided in this line.
Load side of the Model 3625/2 should be made through the two-wedge type
receptacles on the front panel.
BNC Connector
The BNC coaxial connector of the line under test should be connected to the field
intensity meter or spectrum analyzer input. All other BNC receptacles must be
terminated with a 50-ohm RF termination.
Removal of a terminator and connection of the BNC receptacles will not generate
power surges.
