Controls Pump with o-ring adapter
Accurately Check controls to 300 PSI of pressure or 25 inches of vacuum
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect manifold center port charging line to pressure or vacuum
port on controls pump depending on type of control you are testing.
2. Connect o-ring end of finger-tight adapter to control capillary’s 1/4”
flare nut.
3. Connect high or low side chaging line (depending on control
pressure range) to the plain end of capillary adapter.
4. Open manifold valve on the side you are using and close the other
side. Move controls pump handle up and down developing desired
pressure to test and set control. The other manifold valve may be used to
bleed off pressure and repeat testing.
