AHCI Configuration (AHCI Settings)
10.3.3.1.
AHCI BIOS Support
In order to support the AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface) (referring to IDE Configuration/ Configure SATA#1
as/AHCI setting) this option must be set to Enabled. For detailed information refer to “Serial ATA AHCI 1.2 Specification“.
Available settings:
Enabled
and Disabled.

AHCI Port0/ /AHCI Port5
These options display the detected SATA devices (if configured in IDE Configuration/ Configure SATA#1 as to AHCI).
Each SATA detected device (AHCI configured) allows following:
SATA #(1/ /5)
with available settings:
Auto
and Not Installed.
S.M.A.R.T.
with available settings:
Enabled
and Disabled.
