Fan coil is bolted to ceiling. Allow 3" between it and wall for proper air flow.

Keep line set as short and direct as possible. Excessive number of turns

will cause refrigerant flow problems. This would cause early failure of compressor

Drain line must always flow down hill. Return to condensing unit on systems

up to 3600 btu or drain to a point allowed by local code.

System is controlled by a pump down solenoid valve so no wiring is required

between fan coil and condensing unit.
