FlexiPort ® Calibration Check Fitting
Directions for Use
Intended Use
This test fitting is intended to enable connection between FlexiPort fittings on blood pressure
devices and calibrated equipment during calibration check procedures.
Contraindications
This test fitting should not be used during blood pressure readings on patients.
Warnings
A warning statement in this manual identifies a condition or practice which, if not corrected or
discontinued immediately could lead to injury, illness, or death.
Maintenance
Clean as required.
Directions For Use
To connect the test fitting with the Flexiport fitting, match up the base of the Flexiport fitting with
the base of the test fitting. Gently push together until the fittings click, ensuring a successful
connection.
WARNING: Ensure an airtight seal at all connection points prior to use.
After a calibration test is complete, gently squeeze the side tabs of the port fitting and pull apart
to disconnect the fittings.

Warranty
Welch Allyn warrants the FlexiPort Test Fitting, when new, to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to
perform in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Welch
Allyn or its authorized distributors or agents. Welch Allyn will either repair or replace any components found to be
defective or at variance from manufacturer’s specifications within this time at no cost to the customer. It shall be the
purchaser’s responsibility to return the FlexiPort Test Fitting to Welch Allyn or an authorized distributor, agent, or service
representative. This warranty does not include breakage or failure due to tampering, misuse, neglect, accidents,
modification, or shipping. This warranty is also void if the instrument is not used in accordance with manufacturer’s
recommendations or if repaired by other than Welch Allyn or an authorized agent. Purchase date determines warranty
requirements. No other express warranty is given.
