Indications
Use of the Curon Medical Light Source is indicated for medical lighting applications
requiring a remotely located, high-quality white light. Only qualified medical
personnel may use this product.
Contraindications
The use of the Curon Medical Light Source is contra indicated for applications where
high intensity light might burn or damage tissue; such as for neonate transillumination
and ophthalmic procedures. For further contra indications, the user must also consult
the operating manual of the instrument in use with the Light Source in the medical
procedure.
Attention: Read Operating Manual for Warnings, Precautions, and Instructions
for Use.
Dangerous Voltage: Refer Servicing to Qualified Personnel.

Light; Lighting; Illumination Intensity
Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Prepare this
product for reuse or separate collection as specified by Directive 2002/96/EC of
the european Parliament and the Council of the European Union on Waste
Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE). If this product is contaminated, this
directive does not apply.
