5. Connect the SpO2 tester.
•
If testing a Masimo sensor, plug the SpO2 sensor directly into the device.
•
If testing a Nellcor sensor, attach the Nellcor cable to the sensor and plug the opposite
end into the device.
6. Connect the Netgear Wireless-G WGR614 V9 or equivalent router.
•
Connect an ethernet cable from the PC to the router.
•
Connect another ethernet cable from the router to the device.
7. Plug in the 9600 Plus Calibration Tester. The tester takes approximately 20 minutes to heat to
the lowest setting. When testing several thermometers at all three temperatures, it is
recommended to test all probes at one Calibration Set Point Temperature before proceeding to
the next Calibration Set Point Temperature.
To expedite testing, start at the lowest Calibration Set Point Temperature. The 9600 Plus
Calibration Tester does not have an internal fan, which results in a longer cool down time than
warm up time. Refer to the 9600 Plus Calibration Tester Directions for Use manual for specific
information regarding the LCD window or the control buttons.

Choose the proper mains plug insert and slide it over the two prongs in the power
converter.
