Method #2: Using the Archive Feature of Flash TI Graphing Calculators

A good way to free up memory on your graphing calculator without having to delete and re-load
programs is by archiving programs. When you archive a program, it removes the program from RAM and
stores it in Flash memory. You can unarchive them when you are ready to use them again.

Supported Graphing Calculators

Only the following graphing calculators that have Flash memory can archive programs: TI-83 Plus,
TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, TI-84 Plus, TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, TI-89, TI-89 Titanium, TI-92 Plus,
and Voyage 200. If you have a graphing calculator other than the ones listed, you can store your
programs using the DataDir program described above.
