Appendix F: Replacing the EFIS-D100 battery pack

2. If you previously had a battery, disconnect it from the EFIS-D100 by unplugging the

battery connector and gently pulling out old battery. It is safe to gently pull on the battery
wire to remove the battery.

3. Insert the new battery with the bumpy side up.
4. Connect the battery connector to the battery. The connector is keyed; make sure it is

positioned correctly.

5. Position the connector so it is centered on the end of the pack. Verify that the battery

pack will not interfere with insertion of either of the door screws.

6. Reinsert screws and tighten to 12 in-lbs.

Appendix G: Weights
