Memory presetting

{Available only from the main unit)

Frequencies of up to 20 radio sta­

tions {10 each for AM and FM) can

be stored in the memory.

Preparation

• Release the hold state.
•Connect the earphones {the cord

of the earphones acts as an FM
antenna) when storing frequen­
cies of FM stations in the memo­

ry-

■ Auto memory function

The frequencies in each band are

automatically stored in the memo­
ry In ascending order, starting with

the lowest frequency.
© Press RADIO/BAND to switch

on the power.

@ Press MODE to display

“MEMO".

(D Press and hold »AUTO.

The confirmation beep sounds

after each frequency is stored.

When

“error"

appears

on

the

display of the main unit:
Correct presetting may not be pos­
sible in cases where the broadcast
signals are too strong or too weak.

In such cases, carry out presetting

manually. (See following.)
