Setting Up Student Accounts and Passwords
The account setup in the office can be quite simple. In many cases it may only require
that a password be entered for each student who is already entered into the database. In
some cases, however, the student must first be added to the database using Edit – Enter
Student Data.
Editing or Entering the Password for the Student
Passwords can be entered for the first time or modified by selecting Edit -Edit Student
Data. This documentation assumes that the student is already entered into the database.
Please refer to the documentation for Attendance - Edit – Enter Student Data for
complete details regarding entering new students.
1. Select Edit—Edit Student Data. Then select the Email tab from the tab panel.
The screen will appear similar to Figure S1.
