2: SET:Flash exp comp
When you press <0>, the flash exposure compensation screen
appears so you can quickly change the setting.
3: SET:Playback
When you press <0>, the images recorded in the CF card will be
played back. Assigns the same function as the <x> button.
4: Cross keys:AF frame selec.
After you press the shutter button halfway (0), you can press the <S>
key to select the AF point. The AF point selection screen will not be
displayed. Select the AF point while looking at the AF point selection display.
To set automatic AF point selection, press the <S> button. Also, to
select the center AF point, press <0>.
If you want to change the ISO speed or other setting assigned to the
<S> key, press the button while the shutter speed and aperture are
not displayed. If you press the button while the shutter speed and
aperture are displayed, the setting screen will not appear.
C.Fn-2 Long exp. noise reduction
This is effective for minimizing noise in images exposed for 1 sec. or longer.
0: Off
1: Auto
For 1 sec. or longer exposures, noise reduction is performed
automatically if noise peculiar to long exposures is detected. This
[Auto] setting is effective in most cases.
2: On
Noise reduction is performed for all exposures 1 sec. or longer. This
setting may be effective for noise that cannot be detected or reduced
with the [Auto] setting.
After the picture is taken, the noise reduction process will take the same
amount of time as the exposure. You cannot take another picture until the
noise reduction process is completed.
