4. How to Make a Telephone Call with TCDialer
1) Select your own telephone number from the drop down list Own Extension.
Note: If the administrator have not configured the own extension number as read only, you can enter
an extension number into the number field of the section Own Extension.
2) Enter the telephone number that you want to call in the number field of the section Call Destination
3) Click the Dial button.
The Call Progress Information dialog will show you the status of the call.
4) If your telephone rings, answer the call and the establishment of the second call to the desired
telephone number starts. If you want to cancel click the Hang Up button.
5) Once the called person answers the call, the call will be transferred to the user‟s telephone and both
parties can start talking.
