Step 4: Repeat the process of gas-phase cassette installation and sealing until the
track is filled with sealed cassettes as shown. The outside face of the cassette should
be even with the edge of the track.
Step 5: Repeat the process until all gas-phase filter tracks are filled with cassettes.
3.8 After-filter Installation: It is recommended that a temporary
after-filter be installed in the system to collect an initial plume of dust
that might be blown from the gas-phase chemical filters. The
installation of the after-filters is exactly the same process as described
for the prefilters in Section 3.6. See below:
