Check the following before contacting your Canon supplier.

The wireless controller does not work.

Check 1:

The LED is not lit.

Response: Check that the plug is inserted into the main power outlet correctly and

pushed in all the way.

The LED is red.

Response: The camera is switched off. Press the

p button on the wireless

controller to switch the camera on.

Check 3:

The LED is orange.

Response: Operation is restricted by the ID mode function. Reset the ID correctly

or cancel ID mode operation.

Check 4:

Does the LED blink green when you use the wireless controller?

Response: • Check the remaining charge in the wireless controller batteries.

• Ensure that you are using the wireless controller inside its effective

range.
