USING SERVE WARM

Serve Warm allows you to schedule your cooking

time and makes home-cooked dinners possible even
if you are always on the go. This feature, activated
by the SERVE WARM key on the console, controls
warming in the oven. You can use this feature to hold
hot cooked foods near serving temperature. Use the

feature by itself or add it to the end of a timed cook.

AWARNING

before or after cooking.

Doing so can result in food poisoning or
sickness.

IMPORTANT:

• Food must be at serving temperature before

placing it in the warmed oven.

• Food may be held for up to one hour. To

maintain food quality, hold no longer than
30-45 minutes.

need them in the oven. For more information see
