3. Bottom Panel Assembly
a) Use 4 HH Round Head Screws, 4 DD Lock Washers
and 4 GG Flat Washers to attach and securely tighten
Bottom Panel (J) to Left Cart Legs (E & F). See Fig. 5.
b) Repeat step 3a to attach and securely tighten Bottom
Panel (J) to Right Cart Legs (B & C).
Note: Use Tank Hole on bottom panel as Indicator of
Right Side of Grill during assembly.
4. Triangle Bracket Assembly
a) . Use 4 AA Round Head Screws and 4 BB Lock
Washers to connect one Triangle Bracket (M) to Cart
Leg, Back Right (E) and Bottom Panel (J). Use same
hardware quantities to connect one Triangle Bracket (N)
to Cart Leg, Front Right and Bottom Panel (J). See Fig. 6.
b) Repeat step 4a to attach Triangle Bracket M to Left
Side Front Leg and Bottom Panel, and to attach Triangle
Bracket N to Left Side Back Leg and Bottom Panel. See
Fig. 6.
5. Front Panel Assembly
a) . Use 3 AA Round Head Screws and 3 BB Lock
Washers to connect front Panel (O) to Bottom Panel (J).
See Fig. 7. Note: Don’t attach Front Panel to Front Right
Cart Leg at this time.
b) . Use 2 AA Round Head Screws and 2 BB Lock
Washers to attach Towel Rack (P) to Front Panel (O).
