TransMod resolution

TransMod modulation occurs at control rates, in 64-sample blocks. Etch Red's dedicated filter FM
function operates independently of the TransMod system and can act at audio rates, either using
the internal LFOs or an external audio source patched to the Filter1 FM and Filter2 FM inputs.
