You can also tap the airplane mode quick action in the Action
Center to turn airplane mode on and off.
When airplane mode is on, you'll see the icon in the status bar.
Attentive phone features
When your phone rings or during a call, it can sense and automatically
respond to your actions or environment.
1. Swipe down from the top edge of the screen with one finger.
2. Tap All settings > attentive phone.
3. You'll find these settings:
Auto answer
calls When enabled, you just need to pick up your
phone and hold it next to your ear to answer a
call.
Quiet ring on
pickup Lowers the ring volume automatically when you
pick up your phone.
Loud ring in
pocket or
purse Makes your phone ring louder when it's in your
pocket or bag so you won't miss calls. When
your phone is not in your pocket or bag, it rings
at the normal volume you've set.
Flip to mute
ringer Silences the ringer automatically when you flip
your phone over.
If there's any setting you'd like to disable, just clear its check box.
