Connect to Mobile Hotspot

1. Enable Wi-Fi (wireless) functionality on your target device (laptop, media device, etc.).

2. Scan for Wi-Fi networks from the device and select your phone hotspot from the network

list.

3. Select this device and follow your onscreen instructions to enter the passkey (provided

on the Mobile Hotspot page).

4. Launch your Web browser to confirm that you have an Internet connection.

When Mobile Hotspot is active and is ready to share its connection, the hotspot icon

appears on the status bar. The number on the icon indicates the number of devices connected
to your phone.

Tethering

You can share your phone's Internet connection via a USB cable or Bluetooth.

USB Tethering

You can tether

your phone to your computer with a USB cable and share your phone’s Internet

connection with your computer.

1. From the Home screen, tap

> Settings >

More… > Tethering & Mobile Hotspot.

2. Select the USB tethering check box to turn on the tethered mode.

Note: Use of this service requires a subscription to Mobile Hotspot. Follow the onscreen

instructions to subscribe this service.

Bluetooth Tethering

You can share your phone's Internet connection with Bluetooth devices via Bluetooth.

1. From the Home screen, tap

> Settings >

More… > Tethering & Mobile Hotspot.

2. Select the Bluetooth tethering check box.

3. Pair your phone with a Bluetooth device. If they are already paired, establish their

connection. See
