Google Keyboard
The Google keyboard offers a traditional QWERTY keyboard setup for entering text by touching
keys (like on a computer), along with enhancements and options that allow you to enter text faster
and more accurately, such as continuous key input, personalized usage dictionaries, and more. For
Google Keyboard settings, see
Google Keyboard Settings .
Assigning Google Keyboard for Text Entry
1. From home, touch > Settings > Language & input.
2. Touch Default.

When the Google Keyboard check box is not selected, enter the check mark in the box.
3. Select Google Keyboard.
Using Google Keyboard

Touch to change the case of the text. Touch twice quickly to switch to all capitals.

Touch to switch to a keyboard for entering symbols.

Touch to enter a period. Touch and hold to enter a symbol.

Touch to enter emoji.
n
Touch to delete text.

Touch to switch to Google voice typing. Touch and hold to configure input settings.
