— Feed dog down.

— Machine not moving.

— Stitch length dial in 0 position.

Breaking Needle

- Incorrect setting of needle.

- Needle bent.
- Pulling fabric.

— Replace new needle.

Breaking Upper
Thread

- Incorrect position of zigzag width dial.

- Improper threading.
