The times stated here are for guidance only, as the time needed
for baking is particularly dependent on the nature and quantity of

the mix and the result being aimed for.
The figures in the table apply if the oven is cold when the mix is
placed in it.

if baking tins, including the round sort with a springTastening out­

side “wall”, are more than 26 cm in diameter, please remove the
wire shelf.
The baking temperature is given in each case as a range. We rec­

ommend that you start by using the lower of the two figures, and

use the higher one next time only if it proves necessary.
