Operating Instructions

In order to achieve the maxi-
mum storage capacity of fifty-
one (51) bottles, it will be
necessary to position the bot-
tles alternately on the upper
five (5) shelves, as shown in
Fig A. This will allow for the
storage of nine (9)

750 ml

bottles per shelf in each of
the top five shelves, and six
(6) bottles on the bottom shelf
(

Fig B) for a total storage

capacity of fifty-one (51) wine
bottles.

If humidity conditions are low,
it will be necessary to use the
humidors. Fill the humidors
about 3/4 full with fresh water,
and place one humidor on the
bottom shelf of each section.
Check the water level occa-
sionally and refill as necessary.

NOTE: The use of the hum-
diors will reduce the storage
capacity of the shelves on
which they are placed on by

To remove a shelf from it’s

locked position, remove the

shelf stoppers located on

either side of the shelf as

shown in Fig C, and pull out-

ward.

To re-install, ensure the shelf

is resting securely on the

support brackets and push

the shelf in completely, then

re-install the shelf stoppers.

Please Note: The bottom

shelf is not secured in place

(locked). Do not attempt to

pull on the shelf when it is

stocked.

IMPORTANT!

Do not cover shelves with
aluminum foil or any other
material that will prevent
adequate air circulation
within the cabinet.
