Configuring Network Settings
Configuring Network Settings
You can configure various network settings for the host and the
companion. These settings include the host name, and the IP addresses of
the rear adapter (IPv4 and IPv6). By default, the IP addresses of both the
host and companion are assigned dynamically (automatically) by a DHCP
server on your LAN. However, if you prefer, you can define your own static
IP addresses.
Note: If you are not sure on how to proceed or need more information about the
configuration, see with your network administrator.
To configure the network settings:
1. Start the Host Web UI. For more information, see Accessing and Exiting
2. From the Configuration menu, select Host.
3. Depending on the type of parameters that you wish to modify, under
Host Settings or Companion Settings, select Network.
