STATE_IO_GUARDING_NOT_OK WO - - Set state “I/O guarding not OK”.
STATE_POWER_ON_2_OFF WO - - Set state “Power on -> Off”.
The watchdog will check its state with regular intervals and update the register according to its state.
Any changes made to the IO_STATUS RETURN, and its functionality Error LED, K1, HS_EN, and
Buzzer, will be reset the next time the watchdog checks the state.
If the watchdog state machine is not in use, please make sure that the state is set to
STATE_APPLICATION_RUNNING so that the Error LED, K1 relay, HS_EN and Buzzer is not
changed/reset unintentionally.
