Laerdal Recommends:
If reusing arm skin after replacing tubing, make
sure thumb insert is in place before continuing.
Thumb is already installed in new skin.
3. Remove tubing from track in mandrel. Tack
glue may need to be cut away to allow removal.
4. Rinse and dry vein grooves well and swab with
alcohol. Be sure to remove any excess glue.
5. Place new veins along grooves, spot gluing as
needed. (See Fig. 2)

6. Rinse inside of arm skin with soap and water.
7. Lather arm mandrel with liquid soap.
8. Slide arm skin over mandrel.
9. Work mandrel up into skin's fingers. (See Fig. 3)
10. Rinse off excess soap and dry.
