Laerdal License Server
About the License Server
the Laerdal License server (Ls) is a program used in combination with
Laerdal Learning software in network installations.
the License server has several purposes:
• It manages and distributes licenses in a multi-user
environment.
• It reports American Heart Association (AHA) and
CME related activity over the Internet to a central
Laerdal server. This minimizes the administrative
burden involved in issuing AHA Cards and claiming
CME credit.
• It keeps track of the reactivation of licenses in
MicroSim Curriculum systems.
Installation
the License server installs as a nt service, which ensures that the
License server is started automatically whenever the computer is
rebooted.
It is recommended that you check online for the latest version before
installing.
Go to
http://www.laerdal-sophus.dk . Visit the Download center by
clicking “Download center” on the main section of the home page.
once there, click “License server” to check for the most recent
version.
