7. Once the data log has been placed on the
desktop (or other location), it can now be
attached to your email client and sent to LPE.

Reading Calibrations from the Vehicle
1. Connect the cable with the RJ45 phone style
connector on one end and the automotive
diagnostic link connector (DLC) on the other
end to the AutoCAL handheld device.
2. Remove “Do Not Calibrate” cover from
Diagnostic Link Connector (DLC) port in
passenger footwell (if applicable).
3. With the ignition on (key on) but the vehicle
not running, plug the other end of the cable
into the DLC port in the driver footwell (below
the steering wheel). On C6 Corvettes and
CTS-V’s, put the vehicle in accessory mode
(Press the bottom part of the start button
on the C6 or turn the switch halfway on the
CTS-V).
NOTE: Make sure that other electrical devices
on the vehicle that induce electrical load
(such as air conditioning, fans, lights, etc...)
are turned off.
