Figure 57 on page 42 illustrates InfoClick Send Feedback window. It is designed to help you collect
all the information that can help us deal with an issue you want to share with us.
1. Choose the menu command Help > Send Feedback….
2. Choose the kind of feedback you want to send from the pop-up menu at the top of the dialog.
Report a Crash, some Unexpected Behavior, or Performance, or submit a Feature Request.
3. Describe the issue in the area provided.
4. Please send your email address so we can get back to you if we need more details (or let you
know if something has been done in relation to the matter you raise).
5. Please also include files on your hard drive “Diagnostic Data” that will help us determine what
may have gone wrong.
a. Click Enable Diagnostics.
As the alert illustrated in Figure 56 states:
Mac OS X now prevents applications from accessing data on your computer unless you
explicitly choose to do so in standard file navigation windows. Because of that you'll have to
select several folders where diagnostic information is stored. You'll only need to do this
once.

b. Use the variant of the Open dialog to locate the appropriate files.
Once you have enabled the sending of diagnostic files that portion of the Feedback Reporter
window changes as illustrated in Figure 58 on page 42.
6. Send a screenshot if you think that a picture is worth a thousand words.
If you check Send an image, set up your screen so that it displays what you want us to see.
Then click Take Screenshot or drag and drop an image into the available field.
7. Click Send Feedback.
