dust shield onto the spring tensioner using
the supplied 25mm screw with a washer.
Install the spring tensioner onto the alternator
plate in the position shown in Fig. 7-g.
K. Tighten all of the screws.
L. Verify that the spring tensioner does not hit
the water pump when rotated down. If contact
occurs, remove the tensioner and sand addi-
tional material off of the back of it until there
is minimal clearance.
