1.7.4 Replacing Rocker Switches
1. Disconnect the fryer from the electrical supply.
2. If switches are located in a control box within the fryer, remove the six screws securing the
switch panel to the control box. Do not allow the switch panel to hang from the switch wiring
harness or other wires.
