Printer adjustment
6.9 Print head temperature
The print head temperature can be reduced/increased by reduction/increase of the setting
value, respectively. An extra bold printing result is obtained with increased heat supply.
Optical Features of Temperature Setting
Optimal temperature
Contrast print
Low temperature
Faint print
High temperature
Smeared print, characters too bold
Extremely high temperature
Ink particles evaporate, i.e. faint print; Print
head overheated > damage to print head.
Adjustment is done starting from ONLINE mode respectively sub modes.
