Message Description/Action
Check Ribbon.
Press ENTER. This message indicates one of
the following:
•
The printer is out of ribbon.
Replace the ribbon.
•
The ribbon was not loaded
correctly.
Remove the ribbon and load
it correctly.
•
You selected Yes for the
ribbon default, but have not
loaded a ribbon.
Load a ribbon or change the
ribbon default to No.
Check Supply.
Press ENTER.
•
The supply roll was not
loaded correctly.
Remove the supply roll and
load it correctly.
•
The supply roll was not
routed through the supply
sensor.
Route the supply roll through
the supply sensor.
•
The supply roll is missing
black marks or apertures.
Check the supply roll for
missing marks. Remove any
bad supplies, and re-load the
printer with a good supply roll.
